This project encompassed the design and build of M&E services to Westregen House an existing office building occupied by Krones UK.
The building was constructed in 1991 together with an adjacent industrial building connected to Westregen House via a single storey link block. Although primarily an office environment installation, the project included training rooms, Orangery, server room and a new external compound to facilitate a new air handling plant and condensers for the heating system
